ABOUT STORM

Storm Keating is a television producer turn ambassador, designer, blogger & model.

Born in Australia, she is the youngest of four siblings (Wayne, Graeme and Peter) and the only daughter of Gordon Uechtritz and Sharni Raharni. After spending the early years of her childhood in the rainforests of Papua New Guinea, her family relocated to Australia in 1988.

 Growing up on a cattle station outside of Innisfail, in Far North Queensland, Storm was well known in her region for a vast array of achievements across music, theatre and sport. It was no surprise that she would follow a career in the arts and after studying Film & Television at The University of Queensland (Australia) for three years, Storm was awarded an international exchange scholarship to UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) in 2003. Here she completed the fourth and final year of her degree - graduating with honors.  

During this time in Los Angeles, Storm fulfilled an internship at HBO (Home Box Office) in the Original Programming Department under the lead of Chris Albrecht. Once returning to Australia, she went on to apply her knowledge to some of the highest rating entertainment formats in the country. These include The X Factor, The Voice, Masterchef, So You Think You Can Dance and The Apprentice.

After meeting and falling in love with her now husband (Irish recording artist, Ronan Keating) Storm relocated to London in 2012 and produced/directed The Voice UK. More recently she has expanded her creative talents to the luxury lifestyle industry and was announced as Brand Ambassador for Positive Luxury - the pioneering company behind the Butterfly Mark, awarded to luxury lifestyle brands that take pride in their craftsmanship, service and design, whilst caring for their employees and suppliers.  

Between her travel and work commitments, Storm also makes time to support numerous charities and global efforts. Launching campaigns & hosting fund-raisers are typical events in Storm's annual calendar, as well as acting as a spokeswoman alongside powerful voices in the world of sustainability.
